Dear residents,
Harris County will soon begin construction of drainage improvements within the Norchester subdivision. This project is intended to improve the area’s drainage system, reduce street ponding and enhance conveyance of storm water. During construction, residents should expect lane closures, street closures, and periodic detours as crews install storm sewer pipe.
Construction anticipated to begin August 2026 and expected to be completed by June 2027.
